What time should I arrive? 

Please book your flight to arrive before 11:00 AM PT on Tuesday, May 12th.

Lunch begins at 12:00 PM PT with general session beginning at 1:00 PM PT on Tuesday, May 12th.

​​What time should I depart? 

Please schedule your departure after 7 PM on Wednesday, May 13th or anytime on Thursday, May 14th.

Is transportation provided between the airport and hotel and back? 

No. The Harry Reid International Airport is a quick 15-minute ride from the hotel. Please take an uber or a cab and share a ride with other attendees wherever possible. These trips will be expensed as normal business travel.

What are the check-in and check-out times of The Cosmopolitan?​

The check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We will have satellite check in and luggage storage at the meeting room. â€‹

​

May I extend my stay?

Yes! Business extended stay with your manager's approval can be expensed on your corporate American Express.

Personal extended stay needs to be put on your personal credit card.

What is the weather like in Las Vegas in May?

​The average high is 93 degrees, and the average low is 60 degrees in Las Vegas in May. Please check the local weather forecast for the most up-to-date weather details prior to the trip.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

Meetings: Business casual (sneakers allowed)

Dinners: Cocktail attire (no jeans or sneakers)
